Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the development of a global payments ecosystem, the full-time remote Product Manager, Payments will manage payment processing, enhance customer and merchant experiences, and optimize operational scalability across three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global payments product roadmap, delivering scalable payment capabilities that support business growth
• Define product strategy and requirements for payment methods and checkout experiences, collaborating with Engineering and Design
• Analyze payment performance and customer insights to improve conversion rates and overall customer experience

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related fields
• Understanding of payment ecosystems, including gateways and processors
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing products
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for product decisions
• Full proficiency in English as the business language
