Product Manager - Payments

Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative payment solutions, the full-time Product Manager - Payments will own a defined product area within the FinSuite Platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Own a defined product area within the FinSuite Platform, driving it from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration
• Write product requirements, user stories, and success metrics while managing squad execution and prioritizing tasks
• Contribute to AI-enabled payment experiences and partner with various teams to ensure operational and commercial success of features

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent in a product-adjacent role with ownership of customer and business outcomes
• Proven track record of shipping software products end to end in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Strong ability to use data for opportunity sizing, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation
• Experience managing ambiguity and moving work forward independently
• Strong instincts for cross-functional partnership, coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders
