Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning critical parts of the member lifecycle, the full-time remote Product Manager, Payments will manage onboarding, activation, subscriptions, and reactivation processes, focusing on enhancing payment experiences for members.

Key responsibilities

• Own key parts of the membership lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, activation, payments, subscriptions, and reactivation
• Develop a deep understanding of membership and payment funnels, using data to identify opportunities and improve conversion
• Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data to drive product initiatives forward

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer subscription products
• Deep production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions for iOS consumer products
• Experience with third-party payments, ideally Stripe, for B2C subscription products
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, particularly with complex payment systems
• Proven ability to own complex products from strategy through execution
