Product Manager, P&C

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, P&C Digital Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, delivery, and quality assurance of insurance products across various lines
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new product releases
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the property & casualty insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree and strong organizational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Executive Lines (Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber, and Technology E&O)
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like JIRA/Confluence
