Product Manager, Pharmacy Payment Integrity

Job Summary

Transforming pharmacy payment integrity through AI-first automation, the full-time Product Manager, Pharmacy Payment Integrity will manage the product roadmap for AI agents, voice AI, and automated workflows while working remotely across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents for automating COB investigations, claims tagging, and recovery workflows
• Replace legacy IVR systems with AI-powered conversational workflows and integrate third-party APIs
• Build end-to-end automation for payment processes, including bulk billing and denial recovery

Required qualifications

• Computer Science degree (BS/MS required)
• 5+ years of experience as both Product Manager and Software Engineer with a hands-on coding background
• Technical understanding of agentic AI architectures, voice interfaces, and data pipelines
• Proven track record of transforming manual processes into automation-first products
• Experience in building customer-facing analytics for external clients
