Product Manager, PK-5 Literacy

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Product Manager, PK-5 Literacy will own a product area, define a roadmap, champion user needs, and translate strategy into actionable plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area by defining a 6-12 month roadmap that balances new feature development and user requests
• Champion customer needs throughout product development, utilizing insights from customer discovery to enhance user satisfaction
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, managing requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring timely trade-off decisions

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within EdTech or a complex B2B2C environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch and iterating based on feedback
• Experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of sprint cycles and user story mapping
• Empathy-first mindset with a deep respect for the challenges facing educators today
