Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, PLG (Product Led Growth).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of the product-led growth roadmap, focusing on user journey optimization
Monitor user analytics to identify drop-off points and conduct A/B tests to enhance the growth funnel
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop AI-driven workflows for automated user setup and onboarding

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth consumer applications
Experience in a Product-Led Growth or high-velocity experimentation environment
Strong data fluency and analytical skills using tools like Snowflake or Pendo
Proven ability to drive Activation and Retention metrics across user cohorts
Hands-on experience with AI or automation in product development is preferred
