Product Manager, Point of Sale

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product strategy for the mortgage Point of Sale platform, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the borrower experience from application through verification and closing
• Manage API integrations with third-party mortgage service providers and partners
• Write clear product requirements and documentation to align cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and shipping B2B SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and operational requirements
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Track record of using data and customer feedback to inform product direction
