Product Manager, Point-of-Sale

Job Summary

Leading the agile development of Stores products, the full-time remote Product Manager, Point-of-Sale will manage foundational Xstore capabilities, set clear product vision, and ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders to drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage foundational Xstore Point of Sale capabilities, including Global Compliance
• Lead the team through the agile product development life-cycle and maintain a refined product backlog
• Set clear product vision and communicate it effectively to the team and all relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in product management with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Relevant certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, PSPO I)
• Proven knowledge of the business domain and industry trends
• Experience leading teams in an Agile setting, including managing a backlog and release plan
