Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the 12-month product roadmap and aligns the scrum team around high-value business outcomes
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements and documents them for shared understanding with Engineering teams
• Partners with business stakeholders to align strategic long-term roadmaps and ensure delivery of product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• 5-7 years' experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap and driving Agile processes
• Experience overseeing phases of the product development lifecycle
• Prior experience as a product manager for a P&C policy admin system required
• Experience working in agile methodologies and on an agile team
