Product Manager - Population Health
Job Summary
Owning a defined product area within Atlas, the remote Product Manager - Population Health will manage product discovery, requirements, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance population health outcomes through AI and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development for assigned capabilities
- Engage with customers and healthcare stakeholders to identify pain points and validate solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to create scalable and intuitive product experiences
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Experience in population health, value-based care, or related healthcare workflows
- Strong skills in product discovery, requirements prioritization, and roadmap development
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare problems into scalable product solutions
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on driving outcomes
