Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Practice Management & Front-End Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Practice Management System, including scheduling and insurance verification
• Redesign patient access workflows and develop training materials for front-desk operations
• Collaborate with clinic staff to translate operational challenges into product requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA/MHA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in product management or healthcare operations
• Deep understanding of practice management workflows and EMR/PMS platforms
• Familiarity with RCM systems and strong analytical skills
• Proven track record in driving technology adoption in healthcare settings
