Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Premium Finance - remote.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to refine the strategic change and technology roadmap
Coordinate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Maintain the team's backlog and serve as a subject matter expert on features and user stories

Required Qualifications

Eight years of experience in banking, financial services, or a relevant field
Five years of change management experience
Five years of experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in technology changes
Experience with premium finance or insurance businesses
Previous experience working in an Agile environment
