Product Manager Prior Authorization

Job Summary

Owning the execution and outcomes for the AI-powered Prior Authorization platform, the full-time remote Product Manager Prior Authorization will shape an intuitive product experience for healthcare professionals, advance automation and AI-enablement, and collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to report on product usage and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product experience by organizing and delivering work against key clinical workflows
• Ship production code alongside engineering and design, running experiments to enhance the product
• Define metrics and instrument analytics to report on product usage and guide scaling efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years in product management, particularly in healthcare technology or SaaS
• Hands-on coding ability with experience in Python/JS and AI coding tools
• Strong product-data skills, including SQL querying and product analytics
• Familiarity with prior authorization workflows and healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, FHIR)
