Product Manager, Provider Networks

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Manager, Provider Networks will manage relationships with provider network partners, create and maintain product documentation, and resolve complex issues through cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships, providing insights and guidance to internal teams
• Create, update, and maintain product documentation related to network partnerships while tracking performance metrics for improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with network partners, managing escalated issues and coordinating with various internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role
• Prior experience with provider networks or in the health insurance industry required
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
