Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager - Consumer for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manipulate large data files to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable plans and conduct business impact analyses
- Support strategic planning and customer experience improvements through targeted analyses
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing analytics
- 5+ years' experience in the subscription industry, preferably in Telecommunications
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and key analytics tools & processes
- Familiarity with retention business performance drivers and billing systems
- Knowledge of DPI billing system and EDW tables
