Product Manager, Rentals
Job Summary
Leading the product strategy for rentals across multiple platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Rentals will manage a team of four product managers, oversee the rentals roadmap, and enhance the renter-to-buyer journey in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the product strategy for rentals on Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com
- Own the end-to-end rentals roadmap, focusing on search, discovery, and user engagement
- Lead and develop a team of product managers to improve the rentals experience and streamline the landlord process
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with consumer web and mobile products
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or rentals is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and A/B testing
- Proficiency in using AI tools for product development and analysis
