Product Manager - Reporting

Job Summary

As a founding Product Manager - Reporting, the full-time remote role will lead the development of best-in-class reporting solutions for independent restaurants, focusing on both historical performance insights and predictive analytics to enhance operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reporting product, including data models, user experience, and curated reports for operators
• Collaborate with the AI team to develop predictive features that anticipate operational needs and suggest actionable insights
• Gather customer feedback and data to prioritize product enhancements and ensure reporting is a key selling point for Owner

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions
• Strong understanding of high-quality product development and customer needs
• Ability to effectively analyze and integrate both quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience navigating ambiguity and working independently to achieve defined goals
