Product Manager, Reporting Solutions

Job Summary

To support the growth and rollout of the Tyler Interactive Reporting solution, the full-time salaried Product Manager, Reporting Solutions will collaborate with product groups to understand reporting requirements and lead the development of industry-best reporting capabilities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of current reporting needs and business requirements across product groups
• Analyze complex requirements and propose technical solutions for customer reporting challenges
• Lead the product development process, ensuring high-quality releases by collaborating with DevSecOps, architects, and QA teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or analytics, along with 2+ years in product, program, or project management
• Familiarity with operational reporting tools such as SSRS, JasperReports, or Crystal Reports
• Experience analyzing reporting artifacts, SQL, and database structures
• Ability to define metrics and draw insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Proven effectiveness in presenting to leadership and influencing cross-functional teams
