Product Manager, Retail Energy

Job Summary

Owning the product lifecycle for VXretail, the full-time Product Manager, Retail Energy will manage product initiatives, write clear requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the retail energy billing SaaS platform in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap backlog, prioritization, and delivery for product domains within VXretail
• Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for Engineering and QA
• Conduct client discovery and synthesize feedback into prioritized, outcome-driven requirements

Required qualifications

• Exposure to retail energy, utilities, or energy billing in deregulated markets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Fluency with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to deliver results across cross-functional teams independently
