Product Manager - Retirement
Job Summary
To drive the product vision and roadmap for retirement products, the full-time contract-to-hire Product Manager - Retirement will operate remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and maximize product value.
Key responsibilities
- Define and articulate product objectives, leading roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer engagement and oversee customer research to inform product requirements
- Establish success metrics and partner with stakeholders to drive product adoption and maximize value across the client base
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
- Proven experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without authority
- Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape
- Experience using Agile methodologies to drive product roadmaps
