Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) efficiency
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and output
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into product requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a product-adjacent operational role
• Experience with revenue cycle, billing, finance operations, or complex internal workflows
• Experience building patient or payer-facing AI solutions in regulated environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize high-impact work
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and financial outcomes for decision-making
