Product Manager - Rewards Platform

Job Summary

Leading the development of a transformative product, the full-time salaried Product Manager - Rewards Platform will define the vision and execute the roadmap for an automated rewards system that enhances customer engagement and card economics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the 3-year vision and roadmap for the Rewards Platform, including real-time reward management and partner integrations
• Lead the transition from manual rewards management to an automated platform that improves efficiency and reduces overhead
• Collaborate with internal product teams and external partners to deliver a scalable and accurate rewards platform

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience, specifically in building rewards or loyalty platforms
• Strong understanding of rewards and card economics, including interchange and customer lifetime value
• Proven track record of delivering zero-to-one platforms and driving internal adoption
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across various departments, influencing senior leaders
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools for product development and prototyping
