Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for onboarding experiences from a risk and compliance perspective
• Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and design a personalized onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, focusing on user experiences for complex products
• Experience managing technical software products from initiation to launch
• Proven track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and influence
• Experience with B2B SaaS and compliance in financial services is preferred
