Product Manager, SaaS

Job Summary

Owning and evolving key features of Decisiv's SRM platform, the full-time remote Product Manager, SaaS will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive the re-design of critical workflows, and engage with customers to translate insights into product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features and functional areas of the SRM platform, from discovery and design through delivery and continuous improvement
• Drive the re-design of critical SaaS workflows including Estimate Creation, Communications, Scheduling, and Parts Inventory Intelligence
• Engage directly with customers and user personas to understand their needs and translate insights into product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Proven ability to engage customers and translate insights into well-defined requirements and product decisions
• Experience defining and tracking outcome-based success metrics using product analytics tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering iteratively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
