Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Sales & Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle for technology platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute technology priorities
- Develop project charters and plans for strategic initiatives while maintaining product roadmaps and prioritization efforts
- Oversee application testing, quality assurance standards, and provide coaching for Associate Product Managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role with a proven track record in leading product lifecycles
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio/backlog management tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning various stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing and sales solutions, and leading website/mobile app development platforms
