Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own, groom, and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value and strategic alignment
• Develop and communicate a clear multi-quarter product roadmap balancing new feature development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce feature requests and enhancements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior product experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce as a Product Manager
• Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements
• Expertise in agile development methodologies and managing backlogs using tools like JIRA
• Preference for prior experience in the Financial Services, FinTech, or Lending industry
