Product Manager, Salesforce
Job Summary
Owning the product vision and roadmap, the full-time remote Product Manager, Salesforce will manage Salesforce capabilities for the Corporate Payments division, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure successful product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce capabilities, incorporating feedback from internal teams and feature requests
- Build and defend business cases for major investments, evaluating expected value, cost, and risk
- Define success metrics and OKRs for the product pillar, reporting on outcomes post-delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role with software development teams
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap serving multiple stakeholder groups
- Working product fluency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proven track record of managing complex product deployments from concept to launch
- Experience in an Agile environment, with familiarity in Agile delivery tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
