Product Manager - Salesforce Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full product lifecycle for Salesforce-based initiatives, the full-time Product Manager - Salesforce Specialist will define product requirements, manage cross-department intake, and maintain product roadmaps while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned products using the AIPMM framework
• Lead product discovery and solutioning for Salesforce-based initiatives, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into platform-aligned solutions
• Establish product KPIs, monitor product health, and report on performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Salesforce initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data model and core configuration concepts
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce-aligned solutions, including epics and user stories
• Experience guiding delivery teams and collaborating with Salesforce administrators and developers
