Job Summary
Owning the Service of Process product line, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage outcomes for APIs, customer web portals, and mobile applications, while conducting discovery, defining requirements, and ensuring successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes and maintain a rolling roadmap tied to business objectives
- Conduct field discovery and structured customer interviews to inform product development
- Write clear requirements and manage the backlog, ensuring quality and readiness for product releases
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of product management experience, including cross-platform products
- Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery and translate insights into actionable requirements
- Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products
- Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment, preferably SAFe
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
