Product Manager, Service Referral Management

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the Service Referral Management module, the full-time hybrid Product Manager will manage cross-functional collaboration to enhance referral systems, drive key metrics, and deepen user engagement within the child welfare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Service Referral Management product
• Translate user needs into a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap while driving key performance metrics
• Conduct user research and prototype solutions rapidly using AI tools to test ideas and improve workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience with multi-sided platforms and complex stakeholder dynamics
• Proficiency in using AI tools for product development and workflow enhancement
• Strong background in user research and translating insights into actionable product updates
• Ability to manage diverse responsibilities, including UX, design, and project management
