Product Manager - Small Business

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Small Business with expertise in ERP and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with current customers and partners to understand how the company's ERP system helped them grow and identify areas for improvement
• Define small business processes and map them to the company's ERP capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the small business product strategy, including market analysis and product roadmap development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Deep understanding of small business accounting processes and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
• 5+ years of experience in product management, including defining product requirements and successful product launches
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and building strong relationships with customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
