Product Manager, Substation Automation

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Product Manager, Substation Automation will define and implement automation solutions for power substation design, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle by defining the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements and actionable plans for design automation solutions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision and progress effectively across teams

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
• 8+ years of experience in design-related fields, with a preference for hands-on automation or digital design experience
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of primary design authoring and supporting software platforms relevant to automation solutions
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
