Product Manager, Supply Chain

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day execution of the Inventory & Orders module, the full-time Product Manager, Supply Chain will write specifications, synthesize customer feedback into prioritized backlogs, and collaborate with engineering to enhance supply chain visibility in a remote or Chicago-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Author detailed user stories and feature specifications, translating customer requirements into structured backlog items
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather feedback and synthesize it into actionable product improvements
• Define integration requirements for data flow from ERP and warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy during deployments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, supply chain operations, procurement, or demand planning
• Understanding of inventory and procurement workflows, including safety stock and order fulfillment processes
• Ability to write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Experience with B2B SaaS product tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Comfort discussing integration requirements and data flow without needing to write code
