Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for Swim Team Store Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Swim Team Store roadmap, optimizing features for team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment
• Engage with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to understand their needs and pain points
• Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations for seamless product releases

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms
• Background in ecommerce operations, community-driven products, or team sports retail, with firsthand experience in youth sports
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Lovable and Figma
• Analytical skills to define KPIs, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive innovation
