Product Manager, Talent Technology

Job Summary

Owning and co-owning product strategy and execution for a portfolio of talent systems, the full-time Product Manager, Talent Technology will partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable HR applications that enhance the employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own or co-own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for talent systems, balancing priorities across vendor-managed and homegrown platforms
• Deeply understand stakeholder needs through research and data analysis to inform product and data decisions
• Monitor product performance and satisfaction, using insights to drive continuous improvement and stay current on HR tech market trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and talent data flows, including experience with GenAI
• Ability to operate across a portfolio of first-party and third-party applications
• Experience leading product requirements, technical development, and user training
