Product Manager - US
Job Summary
Driving product strategy and delivery, the full-time remote Product Manager - US will manage product requirements, lead feature planning, and coordinate cross-functional execution to enhance digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the commercial evaluation of new product requirements and identify improvements for existing products
- Gather requirements and develop the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Communicate product vision and specifications to the product realization team to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in a U.S. financial institution or banking software development
- Preferred MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Systems; any graduation accepted (e.g., BE, B. Tech, BCA)
- Strong understanding of U.S. banking products and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex product solutions with a strong business orientation
- Experience leading high-performing teams and engaging with customers to address their needs
