Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Payroll systems
• Proven ability to navigate complex problems and develop actionable, data-informed recommendations
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps
• Experience conducting user research and identifying market opportunities
• Ability to present confidently to customers and executive stakeholders
