Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for their USA Mining Pool experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of institutional miner workflows, pain points, and constraints
• Translate validated problems and product direction into clear solutions and detailed requirements
• Manage and groom the product backlog in partnership with engineering, making informed tradeoffs

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a software product management role
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer problems and translate them into high-impact product solutions
• Experience acting as a product owner within an agile or scrum team
• Comfortable working on technically complex products in close partnership with engineering teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make structured decisions with incomplete information
