Product Manager, Value-Based Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Provider Engagement and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of a detailed roadmap for clinical platform enhancements and new platform development
• Partner with stakeholders to operationalize provider partnerships and translate VBC strategies into productized capabilities
• Conduct market analyses and maintain a deep understanding of VBC arrangements and population health trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or a related field
• High comfort level with software development concepts and the product development lifecycle
• Familiarity with healthcare and population health management
• Deep knowledge of value-based care models and experience translating these into product capabilities
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
