Product Manager - Value-Based Care

Job Summary

Seeking a Product Manager - Value-Based Care, the contract position will lead the strategy, development, and execution of healthcare products aimed at improving patient outcomes while optimizing cost and quality performance, requiring deep expertise in healthcare and Value-Based Care models.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Value-Based Care initiatives
• Translate clinical, operational, and financial requirements into clear product features and user stories
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver scalable care management and population health solutions

Required Qualifications

• Professional Product Management experience, preferably within healthcare technology or health services
• Strong experience with Value-Based Care models (e.g., ACOs, risk-based contracts, population health)
• Proven ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions
