Product Manager - Voice

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (UCaas and VOIP) to manage the roadmap and lifecycle of Business Voice products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products from concept to retirement
• Ensure cross-functional team support on all aspects of product design, development, and execution
• Research and understand the competitive landscape to provide necessary products and features for success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management or Product Development
• Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services
• Familiarity with the telecom industry, including regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
