Job Summary
Driving the product vision and roadmap for Wallet, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead the development of Airbnb's financial hub for guests, focusing on enhancing payment management, user engagement, and integration with payment systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for Wallet, defining a trusted financial home for Airbnb guests
- Build and optimize the core Wallet experience, including payment management and personalized financial communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment capabilities and ensure seamless integration with Checkout
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing wallet or digital financial products
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience with payment method expansions
- Proven track record of improving checkout conversion through data-driven experimentation
- Experience in building cross-functional alignment across diverse teams including Engineering, Design, and Finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining hands-on with product details
