Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client product management processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements prior to implementing Aha! configurations
• Lead Aha! setup, customization, and roadmap/report generation aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define meaningful roadmaps and reporting structures

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Aha! configurations and product management fundamentals
• Ability to integrate Aha! with external tools such as Jira and Salesforce
• Experience in consulting environments and client-facing engagements
• Aha! certification or equivalent hands-on expertise is a plus
• Familiarity with product and business tool integrations
