To modernize the VA Loan Guaranty technology portfolio, the full-time Product Manager with Federal Clearance will manage the backlog, drive rapid execution of business needs into actionable plans, and oversee the product roadmap while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Transform business needs and policy changes into detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria
- Quickly develop new needs from raw intent to scoped, estimated plans in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams
- Maintain a credible roadmap that sequences modernization efforts and ensures stakeholder value in every release
Required qualifications
- Proven product management experience in complex enterprise software
- Fluency in housing finance, particularly in servicing, loss mitigation, or claims
- Strong skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria that facilitate development and testing
