Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for collaborative work management and collaboration platforms, ensuring cohesive operations
• Lead discovery efforts to identify workflow bottlenecks and define metrics for collaboration health and delivery predictability
• Create a center of excellence for work management, establishing standards, training, and governance across various tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing work management and collaboration platforms, including strategy and governance
• Track record of improving team productivity and collaboration through changes to tools and workflows
• Experience working with diverse teams and understanding their workflows to design effective solutions
• Ability to influence adoption of new tools and practices across teams
• Data-driven approach to decision making, including defining KPIs and analyzing collaboration metrics
