Product Manager - Workflows
Job Summary
To design and ship impactful product experiences, the full-time remote Product Manager - Workflows will work closely with users to understand operational challenges, collaborate with engineering on AI-enabled solutions, and drive product decisions that enhance efficiency in insurance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with users to identify operational pain points and translate them into actionable product decisions
- Design scalable workflow experiences that minimize manual effort and enhance operational quality
- Measure product adoption and business impact, iterating based on user feedback and results
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B SaaS
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on AI-enabled product development
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation and building trust in AI behavior through product design
- Proven ability to simplify complex processes and design practical solutions based on user needs
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis is a plus
