Product Manager, Workforce Intelligence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Manager, Workforce Intelligence who will manage the development of AI-driven workforce management solutions, focusing on forecasting automation, multitenant workforce planning, and agentic planning workflows, while collaborating closely with engineering and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build automated volume forecasting from operational datasets and translate forecasts into staffing requirements
• Design staffing logic to support shared associates across partner programs and enable dynamic queue balancing
• Connect forecasting to the full IT stack and integrate data collection agents across major platforms

Required qualifications

• Direct experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems in CC/BPO environments
• Proficiency in using AI developer tools for coding and prototyping workflows
• Experience with systems such as NICE, Verint, or Genesys
• Background in technical product management or applied analytics platforms
• Familiarity with multitenant staffing models and AI-enabled scheduling tools is a plus
