Product Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with external manufacturers and lead projects with internal cross-functional teams
• Ensure manufacturing partners deliver high-quality products on time and in full
• Collaborate on business process improvement projects and manage KPI tracking for contract manufacturers

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make logical, goal-aligned decisions
• Ability to travel across North America
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Passion for pets and enthusiasm for the company's mission and culture
