Job Summary
Proactive and organized, the full-time remote Product Marketing Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of monthly product launches, support the creation of sales enablement assets, and track competitive intelligence to ensure alignment across teams and effective communication of product innovations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the coordination of monthly product launch and enablement processes, including drafting materials and aligning stakeholders
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral and manage the internal resource library for GTM teams
- Monitor competitor news and provide monthly reports to the leadership team on competitive intelligence
Required qualifications
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Exceptional writing ability to simplify complex technical information into compelling content
- Curiosity to understand customer behavior and product decisions
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, healthcare, or patient communication software
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis tools, or internal enablement tools
